Safety Information
Use the products safely. Please read all instructions and safety information before use to ensure the best performance of the equipment and avoid dangerous or illegal situations.
Note: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in fire, electric shock or other injury or damage.
If you need to store the product in your warehouse, avoid storing it together with chemical materials. Prolonged storage can cause chemical changes in the device materials and affect the safety of the product.
If the product has built in battery, and it is not used for a long period of time, charge and discharge it regularly. It is recommended that the product should be put under the sunlight for more than 3 hours after being stored in the warehouse every 3 months.
Before installing the product, make sure that the power voltage value matches the device. Solvents(such as industrial alcohol, banana oil, isotropic alcohol, carbon tetra chloride, cyclone etc) cannot be used to clean the product, and corrosion of the device's anti-corrosion coating or optical lens may occur. When the product is working, it generates heat, especially high-power electrical appliances, so it cannot cover anything on the product.
When repair or maintenance on the product, As the product is a sealed structure; it should not opened by qualified personnel. And after repair or maintenance, the product must be sealed tightly.
Using third-party accessories may affect product performance. In limited circumstances, the use of third-party accessories can result in limited warranty time for the product.Before applying any accessories to your purchased equipment, read the safety instructions for the accessories.
Do not disassemble, open, crush, bend, puncture, shatter, or deform the battery.
Do not modify or remodel batteries, attempt to insert foreign objects, immerse themselves in water or other liquids, and do not expose them to flammable,explosive or other hazardous environments.
Recharging batteries in the equipment should only be repaired or replaced by IEEE 1725 Battery Safety Statement
Dispose of used batteries promptly in accordance with local regulations.
Do not short-circuit the battery or cause the two poles of the battery to come into contact with the metal conductors.
Use replaced batteries only that meet the system requirements, if have no idea about it, please contact LANSING for assistance.
High brightness LEDs are used as light sources in the product. Direct eyesight may cause your eye discomfort or dangerous. Please do not look at the device in the short distance. And observe the device with protection.
Limited warranty
This Warranty for the Lansing Electronics Products (the “Products”) is provided by the entity set forth in the table below. All goods manufactured free of material defects. If found to be materially defective within the following table, LANSING agrees to repair or replace the defective goods without any extra charges to the customer. If damages caused by customers, such goods are limited to repair or replacement and customers should bear the charges for repair or replace. All goods which are not manufactured by LANSING, the customer agrees to accept as its sole remedy the warranty, if any, offered by manufacturer(s) of such goods. LANSING makes no warranties, express or implied, other than those stated in this paragraph. As to all goods sold by LANSING to customers, LANSING hereby disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and customer agrees that LANSING shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential or liquidated damages of any kind, whether the customers claim is based upon contract, tort or any other legal theory.
The provisions of the warranty are in lieu of any other warranty, whether expressed or implied, written or oral. LANSING s liability arising out of the manufacture, sale, or supplying of the product and its use, whether based on warranty, contract, negligence, product liability, or otherwise, shall not exceed the original cost of the product. In no event shall LANSING be liable for unintended or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, a loss of profits or use damages arising out of the manufacture, sale, or supplying of the product.

Note
● Please make sure connect the product according to the wiring diagram on the category.
● For products containing rechargeable battery, LANSING normally give 2 years warranty on the battery unless there is specific stating on the product s category.
● For products containing solar panel & rechargeable battery, the battery s power may reduce to insufficient level during storage and transit. in this case, please first put the product under sunlight at daytime for several days for battery charging purpose.
● Product warranties remain valid provided the product was properly installed and used. defects, malfunctions, or failures of the warranted product caused by damage resulting from acts of god (such as floods, fire, etc.), environmental and atmospheric disturbances, other external forces such as power line disturbances, host computer malfunction, plugging the board in under power, or incorrect cabling, and damage caused by misuse, abuse, and unauthorized alteration or repair, are not warranted.
● For large order projects, customers may purchase an extended maintenance contract. some parts may have a limited warranty from the original supplier of the parts. please contact LANSING t s sales department if you would like to extend the maintenance period of a LANSING product.
Replacement
● Due to the high rate of international air transportation and custom clearance paper works, we may not require customers to return products as long as the customer could provide enough materials of the incorrect product. in that case, LANSING will send out replacement product once our qc approved the application.
● Before returning a LANSING product, please provide information like model, quantity, your region, and product photo or situation statement of the product in order to get quicker service. please contact sales@lansinglight.com, or contact with individual sales person.
Choice of law:
These terms and conditions of sale shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of PRC.
Disputes/venue:
All disputes arising from or relating to the terms and conditions of sale and/or the furnishing of any goods by LANSING to buyer shall be heard and decided exclusively in a People‘s Republic of China court located in shanghai city, china. in any legal proceedings, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys fees.
